To get a project-specific number without scheduling a visit, homeowners can scan their kitchen or bathroom using Rendr, an integrated scanning tool, and send a few photos. BoCo Modern returns a ballpark investment based on the homeowner’s actual space within two business days. After an in-home or virtual site review, the company issues a complete written proposal — covering total investment, what’s included and the construction schedule — within three business days, with no hourly design fees or escalating estimates.

Once a proposal is signed, BoCo Select projects move on a defined timeline. Kitchen packages run four to six weeks of on-site construction, with permits and material lead times typically adding four to eight weeks before work begins, depending on the municipality and cabinet availability. Bathroom packages are built on a similarly tight schedule. By comparison, a fully custom BoCo Modern design-build kitchen or bathroom — involving layout changes, moved plumbing or a from-scratch design — can run six months or more from first consultation to completion.
