Powered by Aida, Glep’s AI agent, the platform brings cards, AP, AR, and expense management into one platform built around how real estate businesses spend.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, UNITED STATES, September 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Glep today launched an AI-native spend management platform built specifically for real estate businesses. At its center is Aida, an AI agent that automates how operators manage, approve, and reconcile spend across every property and legal entity they run. General-purpose finance tools often leave that work to spreadsheets and manual review.
Aida automates the repetitive financial work controllers and operators perform across a real estate portfolio. It codes card transactions to the correct property and entity, matches receipts, monitors spend against project budgets, organizes documentation for construction draws, and answers plain-language questions about spend across the portfolio.
The problem Glep solves is structural. A single operator may run dozens of properties, each held in its own legal entity, each with project-based budgets, schedules, and a long tail of vendors and subcontractors. Costs have to be coded to the right property, the right entity, and the right job, then reconciled into property-level P&Ls that rarely roll up cleanly. Horizontal platforms treat that work as an edge case. Glep treats it as the product.
That deliberate contrast sets it apart from the rest of the category. Other spend platforms are organized around companies, departments, and employees. Glep is organized around properties, legal entities, projects, and crews. That changes the financial workflow at the source: accounts can be kept separate by entity or property, cards can be scoped to projects, and transactions can be coded against the asset and budget they belong to.
“Every property is its own business, but financial software was never built for how real estate businesses actually move money,” said Andrew Airelobhegbe, Co-founder and CEO of Glep. “We built Glep so every transaction starts with the entity, property, and project it belongs to, giving Aida the context to automate the reconciliation work operators and controllers still do manually.”
Glep is a Y Combinator company, backed by investors including Oliver Yung, Soma Capital, 10x Founders Fund, Bayhouse Capital, and FoundersX Growth, alongside founders from Checkout.com, Qonto, and Dropbox.
The founding team, Andrew Airelobhegbe, Praise Osagie, Godstime Asine, and Impact Airelobhegbe, built Lenco, which processes more than $600 million in monthly transactions. That experience shaped Glep’s product.
Glep is available now for real estate investors, operators, property managers, developers, and contractors across the United States at https://glep.com.
