Lincoln International, Inc. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $18.00 and $20.00 per share. Lincoln International’s Class A common stock has been approved for listing, subject to official notice of issuance, under the ticker symbol “LCLN” on the New York Stock Exchange.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. BMO Capital Markets, Citizens Capital Markets and Evercore ISI are acting as bookrunners for the proposed offering. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
