PHOENIX, AZ, October 10, 2026 – Dream Team 100, a referral mastermind for six and seven figure coaches, admits one chosen expert per professional niche and caps total membership at one hundred. The community publishes the categories still unclaimed, currently spanning wealth, health and happiness, and operates a waitlist for any category a member already holds.
The design is unusual in a category that generally grows by adding members. Founder Sebastian Cruze has given a structural reason for the limit rather than a marketing one. “I chose 100 because communities tend to break down when they get past 100, so the goal is to keep us tight-knit together,” he has said of the ceiling.
Why the Ceiling Is One Hundred
A capped community is a commitment to retention rather than to volume, because a room that cannot add members has to make the members it already has successful, or it does not continue.
Cruze has described the community as the group of leaders he would want serving his own clients, which is where the name originates. The membership is hand selected rather than opened, and the community describes itself as invitation only, with a referral from an existing member as the ordinary route in.
How the Niche Rule Changes an Introduction
The one expert per niche rule addresses a problem that appears in any referral group large enough to contain overlap. When two members sell the same thing, every introduction becomes a choice between them, and members commonly resolve that by making fewer introductions rather than by choosing.
Removing the overlap removes the hesitation. Each member owns their category inside the room, so an opportunity in that category has one destination. The community pairs the rule with twice monthly referral focused calls and two in person retreats a year, the next of which is scheduled for Phoenix in January.
The Categories Currently Open
The published roster is organized under three headings. Wealth covers categories including sales and operations, copywriting, personal branding, capital raising, business exit and valuation, cybersecurity and software development. Health covers vitality and longevity, gut health, recovery and sleep science, nervous system mastery and trauma informed leadership. Happiness covers higher purpose and calling, human design, sound healing, breathwork, nonprofit leadership and civic leadership.
Categories are removed from the list as they are claimed. The current roster is published at the community’s retreat page, and applications are made at the application page.
