Celigo Ora Redefines How Enterprises Apply AI and Automation

Celigo, the intelligent automation platform built for AI, today announced the general availability of Celigo Ora, its natural language interface for building, managing and troubleshooting automations. Since the launch in beta, nearly a quarter million messages have been exchanged between users and Ora. One in two active builders in the Celigo platform now work with Ora – demonstrating early adoption as teams put AI directly into their day-to-day automation work.

As enterprises experiment with AI-driven workflows, many struggle to operationalize and scale them beyond early pilots. Part of the challenge is usability: building and maintaining automation has traditionally required specialized technical knowledge, limiting who can put AI to work and creating additional demands on IT. Celigo Ora helps close that gap by making it easier for more people across the organization to build, manage and troubleshoot automation.

Unlike general-purpose AI copilots that sit alongside software and offer suggestions, Ora is the interface to the Celigo platform itself. It works with a customer’s existing workflows, connections and configurations, giving users the context to build, analyze and troubleshoot automation directly while maintaining the same permissions and guardrails as the Celigo platform. Ora is part of Celigo’s expanding flexibility in how teams can access the platform and leverage AI, based on how they like to work: through the product UI, now with a natural language interface; from the terminal; or directly from an LLM.

“For years, building and maintaining automation required specialized technical knowledge, from learning API schemas and mapping fields to diagnosing integration failures,” said Matt Graney, Chief Product Officer at Celigo. “Ora changes that by putting those capabilities into the hands of anyone who can describe what they need in their native natural language, whether written or spoken, without waiting on IT or a technical specialist. At the same time, technical teams can spend less time on routine maintenance and more time on strategic work, allowing enterprises to expand their automation capacity without increasing IT headcount.”

Ora provides natural language access to the Celigo platform, enabling users to:

  • Build and modify all aspects of automations, from deterministic workflows and AI agents, to B2B flows and Data Ingestion syncs, all in plain language
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by investigating errors and making changes without escalation
  • Manage and analyze automation through configuration, monitoring and account-wide analysis
  • Take action with approval before changes are made, with actions limited to each user’s existing permissions

“Celigo Ora is a game changer, especially for teams like ours who don’t have time to build deep platform knowledge,” said Marek Szpitun, Director of Business Systems at Sport Alliance GmbH. “Within 10 minutes, I had two complete flows built and ready to go. Almost anyone can do this now.”

For technical teams, Celigo also provides access to the platform through the Celigo CLI and Celigo Platform MCP, bringing Celigo capabilities into terminals, pipelines and AI environments.
