The Latest Collaboration from Pacsun’s Pac Artist Network Brings the Detroit Designer’s Vision to a National Audience, with 4% of Sales Benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Detroit

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Pacsun, the purpose-driven specialty fashion retailer rooted in youth culture, is dropping its latest Pac Artist Network collection with 17-year-old designer and entrepreneur Langston Rey Howard, founder of LRH Made. The collection, titled “Built For Change,” is constructed around Howard’s belief that growth and transformation start with clothes designed to adapt right along with the person wearing them.

Pacsun is dropping its latest Pac Artist Network collection, titled “Built For Change,” in collaboration with 17-year-old designer and entrepreneur Langston Rey Howard, founder of LRH Made.

Through Pacsun’s Pac Artist Network partnership, Howard worked alongside Pacsun on every stage of the collection, from product development and creative direction to marketing and campaign production. “Built For Change” marks Howard’s debut with a national retailer, spanning 8 pieces priced between $45 and $110. Standout styles, including a reversible jacket, a convertible cargo pant, and a reversible zip-up, are each designed to be worn multiple ways, echoing the collection’s message of continuing to grow and move forward.

“‘Built For Change’ represents how my generation sees the world: we’re constantly growing, adapting and thinking about how we can make it better. That belief became the foundation for this collection,” said Langston Howard, Founder of LRH Made. “I designed pieces that adapt with you because I want to create clothes with purpose that reflect how young people see themselves and what’s possible. I’ve been working toward a moment like this since I was 13, and I’m incredibly grateful to Pacsun for giving me the space, resources and support to grow as a designer and create this collection.”

Howard founded his first apparel brand, The Top by LRH, at age 13, and has since expanded his creative vision through LRH Made, a contemporary label focused on elevated design, craftsmanship, and innovation. “Built For Change” marks his most expansive collection yet. As part of both Howard and Pacsun’s commitment to creating positive impact, 4% of sales from the “Built For Change” collection will be donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Detroit, up to a maximum donation of $4,400, supporting youth development in Howard’s hometown. It’s the same organization where Howard first learned the fundamentals of sewing, design, and business as a teenager.

“Built For Change” is the latest release under Pacsun’s Pac Artist Network, the retailer’s ongoing platform for partnering with artists, designers, and creatives across disciplines on original collections that translate individual vision into wearable design. Pacsun first connected with Howard in February 2025, when the brand surprised him with a $10,000 check live on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” presented by Michael Strahan as part of the show’s “Generation Rising” series spotlighting young changemakers during Black History Month, laying the groundwork for the partnership that followed.

The Pacsun x LRH Made “Built For Change” collection is available now in select Pacsun stores nationwide and online.

4% of sales from every LRH MADE product purchased will be donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Detroit, up to a maximum donation of $4,400. Promotion excludes Massachusetts, Alabama, Illinois, South Carolina, Mississippi, and Hawaii.
